We are available six days a week including Saturdays to provide our clients with a quality home inspection. We specialize in providing Pre-Purchase Inspections for homebuyers but we also provide Pre-listing Inspections for home sellers and Maintenance Inspections for all homeowners.

No waiting!!! All prices are based on the square footage of the home and begin as low as $295.00!!! We also inspect condominiums and MultiPlex Units. We pride ourselves in providing a professional report that is second to none. It is a high quality computer generated narrative report that is easy to read and understand. Our report explains the condition of property by pointing out positive aspects as well as items in need of servicing or repair and includes digital photographs where appropriate.
