• Full color photos in the body of the report, not at the end.
• Prompt and courteous service. Client is stongly urged to be at the inspection and ask any questions they may have.
• Competitive fees.
• All inspections comply with the Oregon State Standards of Practice.
• Wood Destroying Organisms/Pest Infestation report is included with a Standard Home Inspection.

Open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, ELITE is committed to providing excellant customer service, from contact through follow up of the inspection. Normal business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, but we understand that time is of the essence in a real estate transaction and we will strive to be available to you anytime for scheduling appointments.
